Rips you off with shipping & damaged goods.

EE had already been screwing us for years, but lately, they've been upping the ante by overcharging on shipping, now that shipping companies are charging for space. They'll pack 1 smaller box of something inside an INCREDIBLY LARGER BOX & fill it with paper or a mountain of air pillows. And I mean, MOUNTAINS OF IT. And even that doesn't get you undamaged product. No matter what, they'll pass off their worst goods onto you. They keep the Mint Condition items & offer Mint Condition on their OWN retail website, whilst YOU get the rest. It's absolutely ridiculous. Wish I could post pics here, 'cuz I have plenty of them. WORST COMPANY FOR SMALLER BUSINESSES. They'll gouge you 'til you end up here....BE WARNED. (And it seems to be getting worse by the month.)

Changed everything with no word. LATE BIRTHDAY PRESENT.

Bought something in August for my kids birthday in the middle of September.
The site assured it would be coming in September.
Well, today is the birthday and I just checked the status of my order.
It now says "Coming in October" so THANKS FOR NOTHING Entertainment Earth.
They didn't even email me or anything so I could have time to go buy another one.
JERKS!

Great products. Shipping time was an issue

I will say the products are great. The customer service always gets back through email and/ or phone I did both. They were very kind and explained the issue with shipping. The item shipped when they said it would after a large influx. Staff shortage I get it. Other than that issue I was please. Would order again!

So far so good.

So my experience thus far has been good. They will try to be fair to you if you call in and speak to someone. I will give them that.

They are VERY RESPONSIVE to emails. I have some suppliers who don't respond quickly or won't contact you unless you contact them.

Also, they don't always have the lowest prices, but if you contact them, they will do what they can to negotiate with the supplier if they can get a better price.

I removed one star for a few reasons -

* You are in direct competition with them.

* They will mark items they have listed as "in-stock" on their website as on backorder for wholesale customers. Meaning they are selling it, but won't let you until whatever reason they choose. I can't say because I haven't asked about that.

* Shipping can take a bit of time. But they are a large outfit, so you have to deal with that sometimes.

Terrible experience

I purchase some stuff from EE almost two weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped. Every time I've interacted with them they've acted like it's a massive imposition to help.

Trust me, I'm more upset I gave you money than you are for having to talk to me about why my order hasn't shipped.

The best part is I've reached out and gotten confirmation on shipping (after five business days), only for it to be a complete fabrication.

Don't order thru these clowns. I truly feel like I wasted about $200 and they do not care at all. Super lame company and experience, I get why I had never heard of them before and I wish I still hadn't.

They send damaged items.

Preodered a Chucky Blacklight pop.
Came damaged. Damage was not during shipping as the shipping box was totally fine.
This has been the 3rd pop I got from them damaged. So much for their "Mint Condition Box" Policy... that fraze means nothing to me from them. It's nothing but words to push a sell.
I spoke with them and they said they could offer me a return which is fine but then I'd have to reorder it and pay a crazy shipping charge on it and on top of that the item now is back order till 2023, probably longer because EE always gets stuff 3 to 5 months after you see it everywhere else.
They charge way to much to ship. They might say it's because shipping rates have went up but no EE has always be outrageous on their shipping unless you spend a certain amout of i think its 40 or 50. Idk why either because they don't give you premium shipping. Send you a smashed box.
For a small business they will never get any bigger doing stuff like this. I'd advise to shop else where unless you absolutely have to buy from a company that don't care about you item. They just care about your money. Period...
If you don't take my advise and your stuff comes beat up, can't say I didn't tell you so.
STAY AWAY FROM EE. I REPEAT, STAY AWAY.
It's crazy they use to be awesome and how fast this company is declined. Oh well I'd rather see another company that cares get the money than a company like this.

Funko Pop Batman 05 EE Exclusive

So I have a few items on pre-order with them and one of them finally shipped out. It was the Funko Pop Batman 05 with the comic background and it came damaged, corners dented, box damaged and the figure isn't even upright, it's at an angle. I had pre-ordered him because it said it was an EE exclusive and I've been seeing it in stores everywhere for the past 2 or 3 months. I will never order Funko Pops here again, and now I'm considering cancelling the rest of my pre-orders (not Funko related).

I had ordered a pop about a year ago…

I had ordered a pop about a year ago and the order was cancelled since it was out of stock. Then today a whole year and 3 months later I get a charge for this Funko pop that I clearly no longer want. Don't tell me to call customer service because I've done this 3 times to only hear that it's my fault and to get hung up by people who seem to hate their jobs. Please order from any other site, most unpleasant company I've ever had to deal with. Not to mention that there is still items that I've been waiting for for over half a year.

Worst Service I've ever used

Yesterday they took my money from a pop I wanted over a year ago that I obviously no longer want. Never asked if I still want it or anything. Then they say it's my fault. Not to mention the other pieces I've ordered that's taken well over 5 months to get here. I'd recommend you use any other company.

They don't care. Just about pocketing the majority of the shipping and sending to you the cheapest way possible. They even do this their wholesale customers too, but worse.

Because they are dishonest and they like to compete with there wholesale customer on the retail side. They also like to make money on shipping though they claim they are not. They claim to be a Hasbro's main wholesale company. I have under good authority that is about to change because of complaints from many wholesale customers directly to Hasbro. Hasbro actually cares about there product and EE is running there name into the ground.
